RESERVATIONS:
We require an advance deposit of $100.00 per unit and notification of
exact dates of arrival, departure, and how many people are in your party.
Once confirmation is made your balance is due in full 30 days prior
to scheduled arrival.Any reservation paid in full upon arrival will
be subject to a bookkeeping fee.
OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of people for this unit is four
persons. There is a Queen-size platform bed in the master bedroom. The
2nd room divides off from the living area with a sliding door and has
a daybed which sleeps a couple (note: this is a full-size bed, not a
Queen-size).
CANCELLATION: Your deposit is refundable (subject to a $50.00
cancellation fee) if cancellation notice is given 30 days prior to scheduled
arrival. No refunds of deposit or prepaid rent will be given if cancellation
is less than 30 days of scheduled arrival date.
