Do you do your own bookings? Hawaii Resort Management offers a unique service in the Kona area. We offer unlimited face to face check in/ out for your guests 24 hours a day at our easy to find front desk location on Alii Drive in the village. We verify I.D. on your guests and offer total key control for your guests, repairmen, cleaners, etc. We also act as your on-island agent as required by the State of Hawaii. We also handle any emergencies your guests might have including getting a plumber, etc. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is $99 per month. Contact us to discuss your needs.
