RESERVATIONS: We require an advance deposit of $100.00 per unit and notification of exact dates of arrival, departure, and how many people are in your party. Once confirmation is made your balance is due in full 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.Any reservation paid in full upon arrival will be subject to a bookkeeping fee. CANCELLATION: Your deposit is refundable (subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation notice is given 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Prices do not include TAT tax or GET tax. 3 Night Minimum A $85.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added to each reservation of 3 days or more.
