Once confirmation is made your balance is due in full 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.Any reservation paid in full upon arrival will be subject to a bookkeeping fee. CANCELLATION: Your deposit is refundable (subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation notice is given 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds of deposit or prepaid rent will be given if cancellation is less than 30 days of scheduled arrival date.
