RESERVATIONS: We require an advance deposit of $100.00 per unit and notification of exact dates of arrival, departure, and how many people are in your party. Once confirmation is made your balance is due in full 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
CANCELLATION: Your deposit is refundable (subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation notice is given 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds of deposit or prepaid rent will be given if cancellation is less than 30 days of scheduled arrival date.

Minimum 1 week stay

We do require an advance deposit of 2 days rental. Payment in full 60 days prior to arrival. If reservation is booked less than 60 days in advance, full payment is due immediately.

These rates do not apply during major holidays
