RESERVATIONS:
We require an advance deposit of $200.00 per unit and notification of
exact dates of arrival, departure, and how many people are in your party.
Once confirmation is made your balance is due in full 60 days prior
to scheduled arrival.Any reservation paid in full upon arrival will
be subject to a bookkeeping fee.
OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy for the two bedroom unit is
six persons and occupancy for the three bedroom unit is eight persons.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation must be made 60 days prior to arrival.
A $100 USD fee will be retained for cancellation expenses. After arrival
shortened stays will receive no refund. Cancellations made within 60
days of arrival will only be refunded if the unit is re-rented. Refunds
will be for the days re-rented.
OTHER FEES: An additional $200 USD damage deposit is required
and will be returned two weeks from checkout after an inventory and
damage inspection of the property is performed. Cleaning fee of $125
will be added to all reservations. Central Air conditioning available
for $15 per day.
