RESERVATIONS: We require an advance deposit of $100.00 per unit and notification of exact dates of arrival, departure, and how many people are in your party. Once confirmation is made your balance is due in full 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Any reservation paid in full upon arrival will be subject to a bookkeeping fee.
OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy for the one bedroom unit is four persons and occupancy for the two bedroom unit is six persons.
CANCELLATION: Your deposit is refundable (subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation notice is given 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds of deposit or prepaid rent will be given if cancellation is less than 30 days of scheduled arrival date.

These rates do not apply during major holidays

A $130.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added to each reservation of 3 days or more.
